How does it work?

Council and Housing Associations can register to WorkSafe Support for £145.00 per annum. We aim to ensure all properties in the UK are kept safe and maintained by trusted and qualified contractors.

What are Building Inspections?

A building inspection is a report which is created after a visit, to achieve consistency in the home or workplace aiming to reduce the space for errors. The inspection details the monitoring process of a property’s current condition. Carrying out an inspection of domestic or commercial properties enables us to determine factors such as HVAC (ventilation systems and air conditioning), electrical systems, fire safety, evacuation plans and more.

Reporting concerns or incidents

If you have a concern about an unsafe or unhealthy work situation, you can raise your concern with WorkSafe Support. WorkSafe can only send an inspector to the site if the work situation could lead to a person’s death or cause a very serious injury or illness.
